Joshua Tree glamping is really taking off. It is a great park and our visit was such a fantastic and unique experience. We loved the diverse beauty of the park. One of our favorite things to do here is to admire the night sky. Although it’s not a certified night sky park, it has very little light pollution, allowing for stargazing and maybe even catching a glimpse of the Milky Way. The best way to take advantage of those views is to camp at Joshua Tree and what better way than to “glamp” (glamorous camping). There are more and more unique experiences offered through AirBnb and other rental companies.

Joshua Tree Glamping Tips

The best time to go to Joshua Tree National Park is between October and April. The temperatures during the summer can be unbearable. The winter is the best time to explore and truly enjoy all the park has to offer. Don’t forget to pick up an America the Beautiful pass to save on your visit to the national parks. Be sure to bring lots of water with you into the park. Even in winter the sun can be harsh, don’t forget to bring sunblock. Joshua Tree is in the desert and the temperatures can be extreme, be sure to bring layers on your hikes.
